About the Role  

We are currently seeking an Associate Client Implementation Specialist to join our team. The Associate Client Implementation Specialist will play a key role in facilitating the successful onboarding of new clients and ensuring their smooth transition to our products or services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.  

 

Primary Responsibilities and Assignments

  • Develop a project schedule for internal teams and clients to guide necessary activities, ensuring timely completion. 
  • Understand and execute assigned projects according to client needs, coordinating multiple tasks, and when necessary, engage cross-functional teams (e.g., sales) when client progress stalls or expresses a desire to delay. 
  • Obtain, verify, and validate client requirements to ensure successful application setup and supportability, and effectively communicate those requirements and specifications to various audiences in small-scale project meetings, including clients and internal teams. 
  • Coordinate the setup of new applications and ensure successful completion of assigned projects through project management. 
  • Serve as a central point of contact for assigned clients, gaining a full understanding of the client success criteria, and ensuring those criteria are met upon project completion. 
  • Create and maintain project documents and plans for all assigned projects, continuously monitoring them to ensure efficiency. 
  • Conduct and schedule small-scale end-user training for clients on product features and functionality of applications, customizing each training to meet specific client needs. 
  • Thoroughly document client training and communications to ensure all training maintains adherence to departmental and corporate policies and procedures.  

Required Skills and Professional Background  

  • An associate degree from an accredited college or university with significant coursework in computer science, MIS, or a related field. 
    • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be considered in place of educational requirements. 
  • At least 2 years of project coordination experience. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level.  

  

Desirable Qualifications and Expertise  

  • Completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 
  • 1 or more years of technical support/troubleshooting experience 
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., XML).
