Our Mosaicx team is focused on delivering a Customer Experience (CX) outcomes leveraging digital messaging, personalized and predictive self-service and cloud contact center infrastructure solutions.

As Senior Sales Executive, you will meet and exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling Mosaicx’s Portfolio of Solutions to a large and expanding client base of Enterprises. You will effortlessly explain the business value that our solutions can deliver, with a deep understanding of how leveraging AI technologies can generate positive business outcomes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a sales hunter mentality with proven results selling into Enterprise verticals across the US.
  • A track record of engaging at the right executive level while pitching high value solutioning initiating Digital Transformation.
  • Create and maintain a strategic account plan and adjust during client collaboration
  • A hunter DNA bringing at least 2 new logos quarterly and positioning Mosaicx as their IVA / digital transformation partner.
  • Exhibit a track record of current and past relationships at the C, SVP and VP level to introduce AI/IVA conversation resulting in client coaching and new opportunities for exposing Mosaicx as their digital virtual assistant. 
  • Build, manage, qualify, and close deals within a rolling 12-month sales pipeline.
  • Own and drive a sales process while also knowing when to pause and ask for help.
  • Effectively and efficiently engage Mosaicx resources at appropriate stages in the sales cycle to advance the opportunity in the sales process: Engineering, Marketing, Proposal Development, Finance, and other departments as needed.  A win together approach!
  • Exhibit competence in the ability to shape deals and define a business case that is appropriate for the labor savings model for automation and Conversational AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of ROI models and the ability to speak to labor savings and impact based on Conversational AI and autonomic solutions.

Your Background:

  • 12+ years of experience selling SaaS, Automation solutions and Managed Services.
  • Experience selling into areas supporting call centers such as Customer Care, HR, Service/Help desk and sales.
  • Experience selling into Top companies in the US.
  • Experience in Call Centers and how to position Digital Employees for human agent augmentation while driving better metrics such as AHT, CSAT, NPS, Abandon Rates and other defined Key Performance Indicators.
  • Extensive Business Processing Outsource (BPO) involvement supporting voice and chat inbound or outbound interactions.
  • Prior experience implementing analytic solutions that have impacted operational business processes is a significant plus.
  • Track record of successful achievement of assigned quotas.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of 20+ opportunities at any given time.
  • Experience working at a highly matrixed organization is preferred.
  • Self-starter with willingness to learn quickly
